Responsible Gambling

Who should not play

Do not play if you are under 18, if real-money gaming is restricted where you live, if you would be using money needed for rent, food, medicine, or debt, or if you have a history of losing control around betting or games of chance.

Setting limits

Decide a fixed loss budget before you open the app. Stop when you hit it — whether you are up or down. Treat any win as a bonus, not as income you can count on. Do not chase losses with a larger stake.

Warning signs to watch for

Spending more than you planned; borrowing or selling things to keep playing; lying to family about play; anxiety or preoccupation with the next round. If those show up, stop and talk to someone who is not invested in you continuing.

Get support

In India, NIMHANS runs a behavioural-addictions helpline. Search for the current NIMHANS gambling or behavioural addiction contact before you need it. A licensed counsellor is also appropriate. If you are outside India, search your national gambling helpline — for example GamCare (UK) or the National Council on Problem Gambling (US).

About referral and team-reward programs

Some platforms pay based on how many people you refer, or on deposits made by a downline, rather than on your own play. Read that structure in full before you opt in. Be cautious of any plan where returns depend mainly on recruiting others. This paragraph is a player-safety note, not a legal conclusion about any one operator.
